新型原棉杂质分析仪的设计

摘    要:介绍了原棉杂质分析仪的工作原理,针对传统原棉杂质分析仪体积庞大、机械式天平称重、人工计算含杂率效率低的问题,对其主机传动系统、喂棉机构、刺辊分梳机构、气流系统、外形、供电方式等方向进行了创新,有效地提高了测试效率;增加了称重系统,设计专用电子天平,自动处理各种数据,准确计算原棉含杂率,避免了人为的计量误差。指出:新型原棉杂质分析仪集电、气、机械、计算机软件和算法语言为一体,操作安全简便、测试速度快,自动化程度高,具有较高的性价比。

Abstract:Introduction is made to the work-how of the cotton trash tester.As to the problems with the tester such as big size,mechanical scaling,slow calculation of trash content,recreation is done to the tester including the main transmission system,feeding mechanism,taker-in carding element,pneumatic system,profile,and power supply,consequently with higher efficiency.The scaling system is attached with special electronic balance which automatically processes data with concrete calculation of trash content without human errors.Conclusion is made that the tester is integrated with electronics,pneumatic drive,machinery,software and arithmetic,thus safe and simple in operation,quick in testing,high in automation with better price and performance ratio.
