超细特腈纶莫代尔涡流纺纱线的开发

摘    要:为了探讨超细特腈纶莫代尔涡流纺纱的生产工艺,针对纤维性能特点对超细特腈纶进行加湿预处理,较好地解决了生产中静电问题。以超细特腈纶莫代尔涡流纺18.5tex针织纱为例,采用条混工艺保证混纺比准确,各工序采取必要的技术措施,选择合适关键器材,优选工艺参数;指出针对纤维和涡流纺技术特点,在生产过程中要减少纤维损伤,防堵,防绕,控制温湿度,保证正常纺纱,使产品质量与生产效率达到最佳状态。

Abstract:In order to approach into the vortex spinning process of acrylic modal fiber with super fine count,the acrylic fiber is pre-watered in conformity with the process and the fiber performance so to avoid static problem.Sampling the vortex spun yarn 18.5 tex with acrylic modal fiber with super fine count,application of the precise sliver blending process with necessary techmeasures and proper key accessories plus optimization of the process.It is pointed out that it is necessary to avoid fiber damage,fiber jamming,fiber entangling,to properly control the moisture for normal production to optimize the production efficiency and production performance in conformity with the feature and the vortex spinning process.
