Modification of the Assembly Process of the Footings of the Clamping Plate on the Cotton Comber

In order to solve the problem such as the instability of the quality of the clamping plate,which results from the incorrect size of the clamping plate and the inclination of the upper clamping plate,consequently impacting the quality of the combed yarn,analysis is done to the clamping plate regarding the structure and the assembly process.Through the modification of the assembly process of the right and left footings of the clamping plate,and the design of the new gripping device,the interchangeability,reliability of the parts increases and the assembly efficiency of the clamping plate is upgraded,a solid foundation formed increasing product quality.
