| 摘 要： | 以降低外啮合斜齿齿轮泵输出的流量脉动为目的，根据泵的正常工作条件，分析了外啮合斜齿齿轮泵输出的流量与齿轮参数之间的关系，建立了外啮合斜齿齿轮泵的优化设计模型，并采用Visual Basic6．0进行了编程计算．程序运行结果表明，该模型及方法可以很好地对外啮合斜齿齿轮泵进行优化设计，具有一定的实际应用价值。

| Abstract: | In order to reduce the output flow--pulsation of the external helical gear pump, tins paper analyze the relationship between the output--flow of the pump and the parameters of the helical gear, and build the optimization design model of the external helical gear pump, according to the normal work- ing conditions of the external helical gear pump. The paper also takes the programming experiment by Visual Basic 6.0. Program operation results show that the model and method can provide very good opti- mization design for the external helical gear pump,which has a certain practical application value. |
