摘    要:针对城市污水厂剩余活性污泥去向问题,探讨了污泥处理处置的新途径。将活性污泥厌氧处理、烘干、粉碎后的污泥灰用于混凝土,主要考察了该混凝土的抗压性能。结果表明,掺入污泥灰后的混凝土抗压强度有所降低,但掺入量在6%(质量比)以下时,抗压强度降低不明显,满足低强度混凝土的强度要求。另外,污泥灰的加入有助于提高混凝土的抗变形能力,掺入量为6%时弹性模量达到最大,为1.69×10^3 MPa,同时发现污泥灰的加入对混凝土的破坏形态无明显改变。活性污泥作为建筑材料应用于混凝土是活性污泥处理处置的一条可行的途径。

Abstract:The new disposal path of residual activated sludge was investigated because the effective disposal method of residual sludge has been concerned widely. The residual sludge was utilized as an important admix-ture for the concrete after the pre-treatment of anaerobic, dried and smashed, and the compressive perform-ance of the concrete was studied. The experimental results showed that the lightly decreased in compressive strength of the concrete due to the residual was added as an admixture. However, compressive strength of the concrete can meet the requirements when the residual sludge incorporation is at 6% ( m/m ) or less, the strength concrete is not significantly descended in the compressive strength, the compressive strength is higher than 18. 36MPa. In addition, the incorporated residual sludge is helped for improving the deformation resist-ance of concrete when residual sludge incorporation is 6%, the elastic modulus reached a maximum value of 1. 69 ×10^3MPa. The experiment results showed that concrete failure pattern did not change significantly with the addition of sewage sludge ash. The activated sludge used in concrete as building materials is a viable way of urban sewage surplus activated sludge.
