大流动性粉煤灰轻骨料混凝土的工作性

摘    要:为了提高大流动性混凝土的工作性和减轻混凝土对模板的侧压力,用粉煤灰和陶粒分别取代水泥和石子配制轻骨料混凝土,研究其施工性变化。发现采用陶粒部分取代石子可以发挥石子抑制骨料上浮的作用,达到部分轻骨料混凝土工程所需要的强度和表观密度,但是轻骨料混凝土的抗离析性仍需进一步改善。

Abstract:In order to improve the workability of high fluidity concrete and reduce the pressure of concrete on the template, fly ash and ceramsite were used to replace cement and stones, and their effects on the workabili-ty were analyzed in this paper. It is found that partly replacing stones with ceramsite can inhibit aggregate floating and meet certain lightweight aggregate concrete projects for the strength and apparent density require-ments, but the segregation resistance needs to be improved.
