摘    要:分析碎石桩加固软弱地基的机理 ,重点介绍大粒径碎石桩处理超软弱地基河道岸坡的实用性 .对大粒径碎石桩的施工机械、控制参数、质量检验等通过现场试验 ,提出了合适的数值 :碎石桩的充盈系数在 1.4到 1.5以上 ,密实电流 50~ 55A ,留振时间 5~ 15s .现场试验表明 ,振冲碎石桩施工简便 ,速度快 ,价格较低 ,质量易于控制 .大粒径碎石桩现场级配分析成果、剪切试验成果和载荷试验成果说明 ,大粒径碎石桩对于增强地基土的抗剪强度十分有效

Abstract:The development of stone column is introduced, and its mechanism to reinforce the soft soil foundation is analyzed. The practicality of the reinforcement of river bank slops of super soft soil foundation with large size stone column is presented as a focal point. Based on the on site experiments on construction machinery, control parameters, and quality test, some values are derived: the surplus coefficient of stone column must be over 1.4 to 1.5 , the load current is 50~55A, and the vibration time is 5~15s. The on site experiments show that the stone column is of simple and fast construction, low price, and easy quality control. Finally the results of the on site grading analysis, shear experiments, and loading tests of large size concrete are presented. The results show that the large size concrete is effective in the reinforcement of the shear strength of foundations.
