| Abstract: | The improvement of engineering quality depends on the scientific and technological innovation. The scientific and technological innovation in the construction industry includes innovation in enterprise and in industry. The relationship of enterprise and scientific and technological institute, organizing the innovation into practice, origin of project, and evaluation system of personnel ability and achievement all should be reformed. |
