钛系1,2—聚丁二烯橡胶的结构与性能

摘    要:考察了钛系1,2—聚丁二烯橡胶生胶、混炼胶、硫化胶及其与顺丁胶(BR)天然胶(NR)并用胶的性能。其生胶塑炼降解明显,所谓凝胶在塑炼过程中很快分解。硫化胶的力学性能类似BR,且抗湿滑性能突出,生热特别低。与BR、NR并用后,可改善其加工、挤出行为和耐低温性能。

Abstract:The structure and properties of raw rubbers, vulcanized rubbers and blends with cis-1, 4-polybutadiene (BR) and natural rubbers(NR) of the 1, 2-polybutadiene synthesized with titanium catalyst systems (Ti 1, 2-PBR) have been studied. The digradation of the raw rubbers is obvious and so-called gel disappears rapidly in plasticization process. The mechanical properties of the vulcanized rubbers of Ti-1, 2-PBR are similar to BR, but their wet skid resistance and heat aging resistance are very excellent and heat build-up property is especially low. By blending with BR and NR, their behaviours of pro cess and extrusion and love temperature resistance can be greatly improved.
