| Abstract: | GaN and InN nanocrystals in silica glasses prepared by the sol‐gel method were studied by transmission electron microscopy techniques. Morphology, structure and phase composition of silica gel containing Ga or In as function of the calcination and nitridation temperature were investigated. |
