| 摘 要： | 从硬件配置、网络架构、软件组态编程、复杂控制回路设计及联锁保护控制的实现等方面,详细介绍了西门子PCS7过程控制系统开发平台在离子膜烧碱装置中的应用。整个系统基于Profibus现场总线,采用多种软硬件冗余措施,利用光纤传输快速交换式工业以太网和标准以太网相结合的方式,在上位机系统与自动化控制站之间进行快速数据交换。实际的生产运行表明,该系统设计合理、运行安全可靠、操作维护方便,各项技术指标均达到过程控制要求。

| Abstract: | The successful application of SIEMENS PCS7 (Process Control System) in the ion-membrane alkali produced device is described. The hardware components,network structure,software configuration,complex control loops and chain protection control design of PCS7 sys- tem are illustrated.The system is based on Profibus network.Methods of software and hardware redundancy are adopted.Process data are ex- changing rapidly between higher plane system and automated control station by combining rapid exchange of optical transmission industrial ether- net with standard ethernet.The practical running results show that the system is safe and reliable.The operating maintenance is convenient and each technical norm satisfies the requirement of process control in ion-membrane alkali produced device. |
