| 摘 要： | 对虚拟企业的定义及特征做了简要的叙述，详细地描述了虚拟企业结构体系的一种设计方案，特别强调了虚拟企业的协调功能，对结构体系内各个功能模块进行的展开描述，以分析它们的功能及彼此的联系。
