汽车变速器后体压铸模设计

摘    要:汽车变速器后体是带有多个侧孔的复杂压铸件,尺寸较大,外侧面还存在窄长肋条和凸台。在压铸模的结构设计中,采用5向开模结构,凸模采用分体式(主型芯和上型芯),侧型芯的成型采用斜导柱侧向分型和液压缸抽芯机构。通过对压铸件成型压力的计算,选择锁模力为6300 kN的J1163型卧式冷室压铸机。

Abstract:Automobile variator back-shell with large dimension is a complicated die-castings where there are several side-hole and exist narrow-long rib and convex at outsides. Five-directional structure was adopted in design of die casting die, in which a departed structure was used for moving die design, including main core and top-core, and declined columniation parting and hydraulic drawing-core mechanism were used for forming of side-core. The horizontal cold chamber die casting machine with closed force of 6 300 kN has been selected by calculating filling pressure.
