摘    要:通过分析建立高效系统生物学科研团队的组织理论与方法,指出系统生物学是一个全新的前沿交叉学科.经深入剖析创建高效系统生物学科研团队面临的内部挑战-生物系统的极端复杂性和交叉学科研究的综合性,及其外部挑战-管理层的支持,提出了应用学习型组织的理论来克服这些挑战.追求自我超越、改善心智模式、建立共同愿景、团队学习、系统思考等方法,使团队和个人学会学习、善于创新,形成学习型研究团队.将学习型组织理论运用于中医药系统生物学研究团队的构建,结果表明系统生物学的学科特点及其面临的挑战,决定了运用学习型组织理论建立其高效研究团队方法有效,是十分合适的.

Abstract:This paper is devoted to exploring the organization method for constructing highly effective research team for systems biology. Firstly, the discipline of systems biology is introduced and defined as a new frontier and cross discipline. Secondly, the challenges facing the construction of an effective research team for systems biology are analyzed, where the interior challenges come from the extremely complexity of life and the integration of the multi --disciplinary study and the outer challenges come from the support of supervising department. To conquer these challenges, the methodology of applying the learning organization theory to the organization of systems biology research team is proposed. By taking full advantages of the five methods of learning organization -- -- personal mastery, improving mental model, building shared vision, team learning and system thinking, the systems biology research team will learn how to learn, to be good at innovation, and to become a learning team eventually. The learning organization theory has been applied to the practice of constructing the research team of systems biology for Traditional Chinese Medicine and has been proved to be effective. To conclude, the characteristics and challenges of systems biology discipline determined it is appropriate to take the advantages of learning organization theory to build an effective research team.
