摘    要:阐述了可重构制造系统的发展和研究现状;从硬件和软件两个方面讨论了实现制造系统可重构的关键支持技术,即模块化的可重构硬件和可重构软件;可重构硬件设计包括硬件模块化和界面标准化,可重构软件平台设计要采用软构件复用技术;生产资源重构还要求进行基于面向对象方法和STEP标准进行资源的多层次建模。

Abstract:RMS and its development and research was presented,in view of hardware andsoftware, its key supporting techniques that was reconfigurable hardware andsoftware was discussed.Reconfigurable hardware design should includemodularity and standard interface, and reconfigurable software should based onSoft Component. For resource reconfiguring, multi-layer resource module mustbe built by OOM and step standard.
