摘    要:介绍了1Cr18Ni9Ti钢的3种冶炼工艺。分析了1Cr18Ni9Ti超薄壁旋压管表面产生飞刺、斑点和灰带等缺陷的原因。指出了1Cr18Ni9Ti钢的局限性。提出了消除或减少这些缺陷的改进意见。

Abstract:Three metallurgical processes for 1Cr18Ni9Ti steel are described. Also investigated are the elements reponsible for the main defects of the spinned 1Cr18Ni9Ti steel extra-light wall tube such as fin,spot and grey strip etc,and the limitation of the said steel.At last,relevant measures to eliminate or at least reduce the above mentioned defects are proposed.
