摘    要:某工业水池为钢筋混凝土结构,水池在使用过程中,混凝土池壁出现大量裂缝,水池漏水严重。分析发现混凝土裂缝是由温度应力引起的,根据此原因,对原水池进行加固处理,采用贴碳纤维及墙体保温方案,并对地面以上水池的设计施工提出考虑墙体保温的建议。

Abstract:The overground part of an industrial pond was reinforced concrete structure.During application of the pond,cracks occurred on the concrete wall.It was carried out a detailed analysis of the project incidents,the analysis indicated that the wall cracks were caused by temperature stress.After determining the cause of accident,the original pond was reinforced.The reinforcement scheme of adhibiting carbon fiber and heat insulation of wall were used.It was suggested that heat insulation of wall should be used in the design of the overground pond.
