| 摘 要： | 简要介绍应用于某化工厂的醋酸异丙酯生产计算机控制系统,详细论述控制系统中现场仪表到控制柜的连接过程以及下位机软件的设计与实现,包括从现场到中控室的连接和软件设计中涉及到的信号采集、对信号处理后的显示输出、对信号分析后控制调节阀的串级PID输出以及二期改造中485通讯方式控制原料泵的起停等.该系统经调试生产,达到了设计要求,且运行稳定可靠.

| Abstract: | The connection between apparatus and control cabinet and design and application about SIMATIC S7 300 PLC software are introduced.The signal collection,output showing in Wincc,valve's cascade control and pump's start and shut through 485 communication are included.The practice show that the control system runs steadily in the chemical industry. |
