| 摘 要： | 介绍了施工索赔的概念和特征,分析了施工索赔的原因,并对其分类及成立条件进行了阐述,着重从合同签订阶段、实施阶段、索赔处理阶段提出了承包人的索赔策略,以做好建设工程的施工管理工作,从而最大化地提高施工企业的经济效益。
