Abstract:According to the so-called "Tchebycheff image quality function"based on theTchebycheff numerical integral of the lateral aberration curves or non-coaxial of special opticalsystems,we apply the least square method first to determine a better image plane,then find withrapid stride search a range where the best image plane is in,and seek out the best image plane giving the best image quality of the optical systems,by the 0. 618 optimum seeking method.
