| 摘 要： | 介绍了装备制造企业的一般特征和国内装备制造企业面临的挑战；阐述了现代项目管理的特征和国内装备制造企业推行项目管理的必要性和优越性；给出了国内装备制造业推行项目管理的有效推进模式，认为企业项目管理理念、企业项目管理知识体系、企业项目管理培训、企业组织的复合矩阵式再造、企业项目管理流程与工具方法以及企业知识管理与标准化是装备制造企业推行项目管理并获得成功的基础。

| Abstract: | The characteristics and challenge of Chinese equipment manufacturing enterprises are introduced in this paper. The characteristics of modern project management are also analyzed. The necessary and advantage of modern project management in the equipment manufacturing enterprise are discussed. The conclusion includes the enterprise project management idea, project management knowledge system, project management training, enterprise organization redesigning for mixture-matrix structure, project management processes and tools. Enterprise knowledge management standardization is the basis of success for Chinese equipment manufacturing enterprise to use the project management. |
