南水北调中线工程源头生态环境的综合治理

对南水北调水源地生态现状调查研究后认为 ,丹江口水库上游的生态质量不能满足中线工程的要求 ,为了有效地遏制生态的进一步恶化 ,水源地应当从南水北调大局出发 ,全面启动丹江口水库上游生态治理工程 ,并积极主动地调整产业结构 ,大力发展绿色农业和替代产业 ,并建议妥善解决移民问题 ,解决生态建设的后顾之忧。

Ecological Environment Comprehensive Treatment in the Mid-line Project of South-to-north Water Diversion

After the investigation and study of the ecological environment in the fountainhead of the Mid line project of South to north Water Diversion, it is found that the quality of the ecological environment in the upper reaches of the Danjiangkou Reservoir cannot meet the needs of the South north Diversion Project. In order to control the further worsening of the ecological environment, the area of the fountainhead should set the treatment of the ecological environment in the upper reaches of the Danjiangkou Reservoir completely into operation, adjust its industrial structure actively, develop the green agriculture and substituting industry vigorously and deal with the immigration validly to eliminate the problem of the ecological environment.
