摘    要:论述了一种新材料一纳米迭层膜材料的研制方法、发展状况、特殊性能及其广泛应用,特别对渐变电位脉冲电沉积方法制备纳米迭层膜材料的机理、方法及优势进行了详细的说明;同时阐述了研究纳米迭层膜的重要意义及其广阔的发展前景。

Abstract:The methods to produce nanometer multilayer films, a new material, are introduced and their special properties and wide extent of uses are studied. The principle and advantages of producing this material by gradually alternately pulse potential electrodeposition are particularly demonstrated in detail in this paper. And the great significance development of the nanometer multilayer film and its great prospect are pointed out.
