自透析法再生丝素初生纤维的结构性能分析

摘    要:以溴化锂/乙醇作混合溶剂溶解脱胶后的丝素,获得了成型性良好的纺丝溶液,然后将制得的溶液进行湿法纺丝,得到了较均匀的初生纤维,用SEM、FTIR、X-射线衍射、TGA等分析手段对湿纺丝素初生纤维的结构进行了分析,并与天然丝素纤维的结构进行了比较,表明再生丝素初生纤维具有比较松散的结构,并具有较低结晶程度。研究结果为纤维拉伸等进一步后加工打下了基础。

Abstract: The degummed silk fibroin (SF) was dissolved in the mixed solvent of LiBr/ethanol and the good spinnable dope was obtained,then the dope was wet-spun and the relatively uniform regenerated silk fibroin (RSF) as-spun fiber was made.The structures of wet-spinning RSF as-spun fiber were investigated through SEM,FTIR,X-ray diffraction,TGA and were comparatively studied with that of natural silk fiber.The results indicated that RSF as-spun fiber exhibited relatively incompact structure and low crystallinity which made a foundation for the next studies such as fiber drawing.
