长输管道阴极保护电位的自动检测技术研究

摘    要:针对长输管道上微功耗滤波和断电电位自动判断技术的研究,确定了在微功耗的条件下对长输管道上阴极保护通电电位、断电电位进行自动判断和自动采集的方案,对方案进行现场实验,并研制出样机。长输管道阴极保护电位的自动检测技术的应用将对提高在役油气管道的阴极保护管理水平,完善阴极保护措施,保障管道安全运营起到重要的作用,从而使阴极保护的评价更科学准确,具有显著的经济效益和社会效益。

Abstract:Based on research on low power consumption filter and switch-off potential auto-diagnosis technology of long distance pipeline, made is a plan for auto-diagnosis and acquisition of cathodic protection switch-on potential and switch-off potential under low pipeline power consumption conditions. In-site test is satisfied, and the sample is developed. The technology will enhance cathodic protection control on operating pipelines, make cathodic protection measures more perfect and ensure pipelines operate properly. As a result, assessment of cathodic protection will be more accurate and scientific. The technology will bring significant benefits economically and socially.
