| 摘 要： | 利用改进的UNIFAC模型来选择萃取精馏苯-甲基环戊烷过程中的混合萃取剂,对混合溶剂N-甲酰吗啉(NFM)-乙二醇(EG)对萃取精馏苯-甲基环戊烷的过程进行了详细的理论分析和实验研究,重点考察了混合溶剂配比和溶剂比对分离过程可行性的影响。研究结果表明,混合溶剂NFM-EG具有良好的选择性和溶解性,为粗苯精制过程中苯-甲基环戊烷的分离提供了必要的基础数据和指导。 |

| Abstract: | The mixed extractant used in the extractive distillation of benzene-methyl cylcopentane was well selected by modified UNIFAC model.The process of batch extractive distillation of benzene-methyl cylcopentane using mixed solvent(N-formylmorpholine(NFM)-ethylene glycol(EG)) was theoretically and experimentally investigated,with the emphasis on the effect of the mixed ratio between NFM and EG and the solvent ratio.The results showed that NFM-EG has excellent selectivity and solubility.This study provides the basic data and guidance for the separation of benzene-methyl cylcopentane in refining crude coking benzene. |
