玻璃态聚合物膜在天然气净化、脱水中的应用

摘    要:气体分离膜技术已在天然气净化领域得到了大规模的商业应用,在天然气脱水领域也正在得到广泛应用。为此,介绍了天然气膜净化和膜脱水技术的原理;根据国内外相关技术的最新发展和笔者多年来从事这方面研究所积累的经验,综述了天然气膜净化技术的工艺流程、膜材料、膜组件形式、存在的最大问题--塑化现象及其抑制方法;还对天然气膜脱水技术的工艺流程、膜材料、膜组件形式以及目前存在的问题进行了分析。

Abstract:The technology of gas separation membranes has been commercially applied in large scale for gas purification and widely used for gas dehydration. Here introduced the principle of gas purification and dehydration by membranes. According to the latest advance of the relative techniques at home and abroad and the experience the author cumulates from the research of this field for many years, the work flow, the membrane materials, the configurations of membrane modules, the biggest problem of plastication and the inhibited method, are all described comprehensively for the technology of gas purification by membranes. Also, the workflow, the membrane materials, the configurations of membrane modules, and the current problem are analyzed for gas dehydration by membranes.
