甲醇羰化气相合成碳酸二甲酯铜基催化剂的研究

摘    要:对甲醇羰化气相合成碳酸二甲酯 ( DMC)负载型铜基催化剂进行了活性评价 ,并以 X射线衍射和光电子能谱对催化剂反应前后的物相进行分析鉴定。结果表明 ,催化剂反应前 ,主要物相为 Cu2 O、Cu0、Cu Cl2 · 3Cu( OH) 2 ,反应后 ,主要物相为 Cu O、Cu2 O、Cu Cl2 · 3Cu( OH) 2 。研究认为铜基催化剂上气相甲醇羰化合成 DMC反应的催化活性位是 Cu O和 Cu2 O,反应是基于 Cu2 +和 Cu+的氧化还原催化循环

Abstract:Activities of the copperbased catalysts for carbonylation of methanol to dimethyl carbonate in vapor phase were studied. Moreover, the substances of catalysts were investigated by XRD and XPS. The results showed that, in the catalysts, there are Cu 2O, Cu 0 and CuCl 2·3Cu(OH) 2 before reaction and CuO, Cu 2O and CuCl 2·3Cu(OH) 2 after reaction. The study indicated that the catalytic active centers of the catalyst are CuO and Cu 2O, and the reaction is a redox catalytic circulation based on Cu 2+ and Cu +.
