空冷机组辅机冷却水的腐蚀问题

摘    要:空冷机组辅机循环冷却水系统碳钢材质腐蚀较严重,长期运行存在较大的安全隐患。运行浓缩倍率低,循环水pH低、系统污泥沉积严重、未按标准要求进行循环水缓蚀阻垢模拟试验是腐蚀的主要原因。通过进行模拟试验,确定系统腐蚀情况,进行必要的系统改造,才能保证安全运行。

Abstract:The carbon steel corrosion of auxiliary circulating cooling water system is serious in air cooling units so that there is hidden danger during the operation.The main reasons of corrosion include lower concentration ratio,lower pH in circulating water,mass of sludge and not carrying out simulation of scale and corrosion inhibition experiment as required.The system corrosion can be estimated through simulation experiment,and after essential system reformation,the auxiliary circulating cooling water system can run safely.
