磨煤机磨辊断裂失效分析

摘    要:某电站磨煤机磨辊发生断裂,针对断裂磨辊进行化学分析、力学性能分析、金相分析,结果表明磨煤机磨辊断裂是典型的疲劳断裂失效,主要由于热处理工艺控制不当使组织性能达不到要求,在运行工况中产生表面损伤,在长期交变载荷作用下导致断裂失效。

Abstract:Rupture occurred on the grinding roller of coal pulverizer in a power plant.Chemical analysis,mechanics property analysis and metallographic analysis were done to figure out the reason of rupture,and the results show that it was a typical fatigue failure.Unsuitable control of heat treatment led to substandardness of structure property so that rupture failure happened under long-term alternate load.
