| 摘 要： | 本文在二维切削力模型基础上，不仅考虑了刀具刃口半径，又考虑了刀具后刀面磨损对切削力的影响，对切削力做了较全面的分析，得出了切削力与各主要参数间的关系。这些结果对新刀或旧刀都适用。而且发现，著名的Merchant模型仅是本文在不考虑刀具磨损和刃口半径情况下的一个特例。

| Abstract: | This paper on the base of two dimensions cutting force model analyses the cutting force com pletely and obtains the relationships bctween cutting force and primary parameters,in which not only the cutting edge roundness radius but also the tool flank wear arc considered.These results are appli cabce for both new and old tools.It has bcen found in this paper that the famous Merchant's model is just a special case of our results without considering tool wear and cutting edge roundness radius. |
