双螺杆反应器非啮合并列型螺纹元件流场数值模拟

摘    要:螺杆反应器是一种新型的高效反应器 ,且对环境几乎无污染 ,但许多理论研究尚处于不成熟阶段。高粘度物料在双螺杆挤出机中的流动情况非常复杂 ,很难用解析法求解 ,利用ANSYS有限元分析软件对双螺杆挤出机非啮合并列型螺纹元件进行了三维非等温非牛顿流场分析 ,给出了速度场、压力场、温度场的基本规律以及螺杆特性曲线的分布。计算结果表明 :在螺棱处 ,物料的压力梯度和速度较大 ,在啮合区的温度较高 ,应当采取适当的降温措施 ;流量和螺杆转速成正比 ,流量和流道两端的压差成反比。

Abstract:Twin screw reactor is a new-style reactor, which have high efficiency and almost no contamination, but many theories are immature. The flow of high viscosity material is very complex, which is difficult to be solved by the method of analysis .Three-dimensional non-isothermal, non-Newton flow field of twin screw reactor was analyzed by ANSYS and the velocity field, pressure field, temperature field and characteristic curve were given. The results show that material has large pressure gradient and velocity at the screw edge region. In intermeshing region, material has high temperature and cooling step shall be put in practice. The flow rate is proportional to the screw speed and inverse ratio to pressure gradient.
