| 摘 要： | 新馆的立面、庭院以及内厅与丰富多彩、内外交融的石窟空间一样,各具特色。建筑立面外挂石材,既庄重雄伟又烘托出市民活动的文化气氛;庭院为休憩、学习或者其他活动提供了一个静僻之地;而中厅则是一个由书籍构筑而成的室内奇观。在这个建筑中,以上3种设计元素一齐提供了学习和社会活动的文化殿堂。
