| 摘 要： | 分析了方矩形管在飞锯切割过程中管端切口产生“鼠尾”和“唇边”的原因,通过改善锯切状态、改进锯片、轧辊孔型采用对线配置、改进切管子的状态等措施,优化了飞锯切割状态,达到控制和消除切口“鼠尾”缺陷的产生。

| Abstract: | The cause of producing "mapping" in the process of end surface by fly-saw is
analyzed. By reforming the state of cutting, mending saw, adopting line to line pass design, and
improving the state of steel pipe cut etc, the state of cutting by fly-saw is optimized, the defect of
"mapping" is controlled and removed. |
