高铁低硅烧结矿实验研究

摘    要:在马钢一铁总厂原料条件下,进行了提铁降硅优化配矿实验室试验,当烧结矿w(SiO2)降低至4.50%时,进行了不同烧结料层、碱度及配煤比的实验室试验及冶金性能试验.实验结果表明:优化烧结原料结构可有效地克服低硅烧结矿强度差的缺点;提高烧结矿碱度是改善烧结矿强度最有效的措施;烧结料层提高,可弥补由于烧结矿w(SiO2)降低对强度产生的不利影响,且烧结固体燃耗降低;烧结配煤比提高在0.3%以下,有利于提高烧结矿强度和烧结利用系数.

Abstract:In the condition of sintering materials in Maanshan Steel,laboratory test to increase the iron content and lower the silica content(down to 4.5 %) of sinter were carried out.The following results were obtained: Increasing sinter basicity was the best way to enhance the strength of sinter;increasing bed height led to better strength and lower fuel consumption;increasing coal rate within a range of 0.3 % brought about both high strength and productivity of sinter.
