高性能烧结钕铁硼磁体的研究与开发(一)

摘    要:介绍了烧结钕铁硼磁体的研究与生产现状、钕铁硼永磁合金的有关理论、烧结钕铁硼磁体的先进生产工艺,重点分析了片铸(SC)、气流磨、橡皮模等静压等工艺的参数对烧结钕铁硼磁体微结构和磁性能的影响.采用合理成分和先进生产工艺,工业化批量生产的高磁能积磁体的磁性能达到:Gch=1148kA/m(14.43kOe),(BH)max=408kJ/m3(51.3MGOe),高矫顽力磁体的室温磁性能达到:Hci=2035 kA/m(25.57kOe),(BH)max=320kJ/m3(39.9MGOe).

Abstract:The present situation of investigation and production on sintered NdFeB magnets, the theories on the NdFeB permanent alloy and the advanced production processes of sintered NdFeB magnets have been introduced in this paper. The effects of process parameters of strip casting, jet milling and rubber isostatic pressing techniques on the microstructure and magnetic properties of sintered NdFeB magnets have been emphatically overviewed. By adopting suitable component ration and applying advanced producing processes, we have succeeded in massly producing high magnetic energy product magnet with Hcj=1148kA/m(14.43kOe), (BH)max=408kJ/m3 (51.3MGOe) and high coercivity magnet with Hcj=2035kA/m(25.57kOe), (BH)max= 320kJ/m3(39.9MGOe).
