| 摘 要： | 采用液相色谱法，以甲醇和磷酸二氢钾水溶液为流动相，使用partisl SAX为填料的不锈铜柱（强阴离子交换柱）和紫外检测器，对草铵膦的含量进行分析。标准偏差为0．29％，变异系数为0．30%，吸收率为99．54％，线性相关系数为0.9998。

| Abstract: | The HPLC determination of glufosinate-ammonium TC with methanol and potassium dihydrogen phosphate acid mobile phase, partisl SAX column and UV detector was introduced.The results showed that the standard deviation was 0.29%, the variation coefficient was 0.30%, the average recovery was 99.54%, the linear correlation coefficient was 0.9998, respectively. |
