| Abstract: | Working out the plan is the important ability of presidents and the major basis for college development.The general process and primary task of working out the development plan in higher vocational colleges consist mainly of analyses on the background and basis,choice of strategies,choice of specialized planning,working out of action plans,concrete details and measures of projects,preparatory implementation and management of the plan. |
