| 摘 要： | 校园招聘会已经成为高校毕业生就业签约的主要渠道。如何提高校园招聘会的成效，对于促进高校的就业工作具有重要的现实意义。通过分析校园招聘会的现有形式及存在的问题，提出改进校园招聘会的对策，以提高毕业生在招聘会上的就业成功率。
