摘    要:采用自行研制的高精度低温位移传感器测量出泡沫塑料材料从室温到液氢温度的微应变情况,对试验结果的可靠性进行分析.实验结果表明:低温位移传感器可准确、稳定地得出泡沫塑料材料的线膨胀系数,是一种简单实用的线膨胀系数测试方法.

Abstract:A new method is developed for measurement of the thermal expansion coefficient (CTE) of polymeric foams at low temperature. In order to get the CTE, the microstrains of the polymeric foams from the room temperature to the liquid hydrogen temperature are measured using the self-designed strain gauge with high precision suitable for use at low temperature.The analysis of the results measured was carried out. It is shown that the self-designed strain gauge can be employed to precisely measure the thermal expansion coefficient of polymeric foams at low temperature.This method appears to be a simple but practical one for measurement of the CTE of polymeric foams at low temperature.
