发射装置起竖动力学分析及驱动方式优选

摘    要:导弹发射装置的起竖运动的动力学性能是影响其快速反应能力的重要因素。文中针对某导弹发射装置.采用等效动力学模型.建立了起竖机构的动力学方程.在给定发射筒起竖时间与运动规律的条件下。进行了起竖过程的逆动力学分析.获得了液压驱动力的解析表达式;采用ADAMS软件对六种驱动方式进行动力学仿真.获得关键连接铰链处的载荷变化曲线与发射筒加速度变化规律。通过对比分析,对驱动方式进行了优化选择.为改善导弹发射装置的动力学性能提供了参考。

Abstract:The dynamics performance for vertical erection of missile launching device is a very important factor that affects its rapid response ability. This paper gives the dynamics equations for vertical erection process by using a equivalent dynamics model, and acquires analytical expressions of fluid drive force by analyzing converse dynamics of erection process in a condition of giving launching device erection time and its movement rules, and then acquires curves of changing loads on key joints and changing rules of launching device center of mass acceleration by dynamics simulation using ADAMS for six drive forces. In the end, through contrasting, a better selection was done. This would give some reference to improving the dynamical performance of missile launching device.
