青叶胆中总黄酮的提取工艺研究

用正交试验法优选青叶胆中总黄酮的提取工艺.以总黄酮提取率为主评价指标,浸膏收率为次评价指标,选择固液比、提取时间、提取次数为考察因素,采用正交试验法确定了青叶胆中总黄酮的最佳提取工艺,利用分光光度法对干浸膏中总黄酮的含量进行了测定,检测波长为490 nm.芦丁在0.008~0.048 mg呈良好的线性关系.平均回收率为99.72%,RSD为0.29%.对青叶胆总黄酮提取工艺的研究,为其进一步开发提供了基础依据.

Study on the extraction process of total flavonoids in Swertia mileensis T.N.Hoet W.L.Shi

The optimum extracting process of total flavonoids in Swertiamileensis T.N.Hoet W.L.Shih.was studied in detail.Using the concentration of total flavonoids as main evaluating indicators and the yield of dry extracts as the second,the ratio between the material and solvent,extracting time and times were chosen as the studying factors.The extracting process was optimized with the orthogonal design using spectro-photometry to determine the concentration of total flavonoids at 490 nm wave-length.There was good linear relationship between the concentration of Rutin and the Absorption value in the range of 0.008 to 0.048 mg.The average recovery of total flavonoids was 99.72% with the RSD of 0.29%.The study of optimum extracting process of total flavonoids in Swertiamileensis T.N.Ho et W.L.Shi.provided a basis for its further application.
