| 摘 要： | 采用反相HPLC法定性、定量测定天麻中微量成分的含量;流动相为V(乙腈)∶V(H2O)=10∶90;检测波长270 nm;该微量成份在0.04~0.30 g/L范围内呈良好的线性关系。平均回收率为98.04%,RSD=1.21(n=5)。实验证明:在野生或家种的天麻药材中都含有此微量成分,因而不影响天麻中药材和合成天麻素的用药安全性。

| Abstract: | A RP-HPLC method was developed to determine concentration of minor component from rhizoma Gastrodiae.Result showed that method was accurate and reliable with the average recovery of 98.04% and the RSD of 1.21(n= 5).The minor component was detected in both natural and cultured Gastrodiae and had no effect on the safety of medicine. |
