油压减震器压力缸部件有限元分析

摘    要:建立了某型油压减震器压力缸部件及其焊缝的有限元模型,对其在15MPa压力下变形和应力分布进行了计算,并分析和验证了结果.通过计算得出:焊缝处应力值低于其材料屈服应力极限,且安全系数较高,压力缸圆孔局部存在应力集中,此结论为该产品前期设计提供了重要参考。

Abstract:The finite element model of a certain typed oil damper 's pressure cylinder component and its welding seam has been established. Its deformation and stress distribution has been carried out under a pressure of 15 MPa and its result was analyzed and verified. It has been obtained by means of computation that the values of stress at welding seams were lower then the yielding stress limit of its material and the welding seams have a comparatively high safety factor, and there existed stress concentration at partial place of the hole of pressure cylinder. This conclusion provided important references for early days design of this product.
