| 摘 要： | 基于信息经济学理论,分析了信息不对称所导致的建筑节能服务市场的逆向选择问题,以及逆向选择对建筑节能服务市场培育带来的负面影响。为解决不对称信息条件下节能服务市场运行的低效问题,运用信息成本理论建立了建筑节能服务公司的信息传递博弈模型,该模型对于加强节能服务市场的管理具有重要指导意义。

| Abstract: | Based on information economics, analyses the issue of choosing against the direction of building energy efficiency service market,which resulted from the existence of unbalanced information, and the negative effects to the cultivation of building energy efficiency service market. To solve the low-efficient operation of building energy efficiency service market under the condition of unbalanced information, adopts information cost theory and establishes game model of information transmission which plays an important instructive role in enhancing the management of energy efficiency market. |
