间苯二酚甲醛树脂在全钢载重子午线轮胎中的应用试验

摘    要:试验研究了间苯二酚甲醛树脂在全钢载重子午胎胎体配方中的应用。结果表明,间苯二酚甲醛树脂代替间苯二酚用于胎体配方中,能有效地消除冒烟现象和对环境的污染,拉伸强度、扯断伸长率、撕裂强度以及老化后性能均较优;老化前和盐水老化后黏合力略高;300%定伸强度和硬度略低,但能符合胎体胶的性能要求;成品轮胎耐久性能符合国家标准要求。

Abstract:Application of resorcin - formaldehyde resin in all steel radial truck tire are studied. The result shows, the resorcin - formaldehyde resin instead of resorcinol applied in matrix formula, can effectively e- liminating smoking phenomenon and environmental pollution, the tensole strength, elongation at break, tear strength and performance after ageing is better, adhesive force before ageing and after ageing in saline lightly higher,300% modulus and hardness lightly lower,but can meet the performance requirements of carcass compound;the durability of tire product accord with requirment of national standard.
