| Abstract: | It is held in this essay that we should set up an independent system of power market control, which is necessary for the orderly competition on the power market. The article introduces various kinds of controlling modes, suggesting the system of controlling the power market, and also puts forward organizational systems and institutions as well as the legal framework of the power market. |
