微波在线飞灰含碳量测定技术及分析

摘    要:影响锅炉运行效率的主要因素之一是飞灰含碳量,精确和实时地监测飞灰中的含碳量是指导电厂及时调整燃烧,提高锅炉效率的手段之一。介绍了微波在线烟气含碳量测定技术,而飞灰取样器是在线测碳系统的一个重要环节。分析比较了现今国内电厂已应用的几种飞灰测碳仪的取样装置,提出了对取样装置选用的意见。

Abstract:Carbon content in fly ash is one of the important factors that influence a boiler's efficiency.Precise and real time monitoring the carbon content in fly ash is one of the means for guiding timely combustion adjustment to raise the boiler's efficiency.An introduction to the on-line microwave measuring technique of carbon content in fly-ash is being presented,pointing out that the fly-ash sampler is an important link of the monitoring system.Some samplers of fly ash carbon content sensing instruments,currently used in this country and abroad,are being analytically compared;accompanied by proposals for their proper choice.
