印章提取在票据自动处理中的应用研究

印章的提取是银行票据自动处理过程中的瓶颈。为了提高工作效率，提出综合采用彩色模型中基色间差值，二维投影响方法以及灰度特征逐步去除票据中的复杂背景，自动提取出印章图像，实践表明，该方法能够在保证印章提取质量的同时，大大加快提取速度，满足票据的实时处理要求。

Seal Extraction Approach Applied in an Automatic Bill Image Processing System

Seal extraction is the bottleneck of automatic bill image processing. To improve the efficiency, this paper proposes an approach to stepwise erasing various background noises on bills and automatic extracting seal image information by making use of two-dimensional projection, differences of primary colors, and gray levels. It proves efficient as well as real-time.
