针对如何提高城市道路施工质量、缩短工期、降低成本这些问题,结合城市道路工程的特点,对道路施工的科学管理进行了探讨,分别从施工前准备工作、施工技术、质量和安全、施工现场四方面阐述了城市道路施工管理方法,以期指导实践。

Discussion on the management of urban highway construction

Aiming at how to raise the urban highway construction quality,shorten the project schedule,lower the cost,combining with the characteristics of urban highway engineering,the thesis discussed the scientific management of highway construction,illustrated the management methods of urban highway construction from four aspects： preparation work before the construction,construction technology,quality and safety,construction sites,which were expected to guide the practices.
